We Got a House!

From the moment that we knew we were leaving Frankfurt, we started praying for the place God would have us next.

Monday afternoon, we arrived in Colorado. The Colorado Springs area is the hottest market in the country right now. Houses are moving within 24 hours - often sight unseen. Most of the houses that we had expressed interest in on the weekend were gone before we landed. However, we were praying for God to provide and to lead us to the home that He had set apart for our family, and boy did He do just that.

As we sit in the Denver airport right now, Micah's writing down all of the big and small ways that God unmistakably provided for us this week, and how He led us to the house we will be living in, starting July 31. Thank you for praying for us this week!

We are deeply encouraged by the doors that God opened for us, and we are so convinced that this is exactly where He would have our family for this next season. This next month is going to be an exceptionally full one for us as we move out of the apartment where we have been staying on Whidbey Island, continue to try to sell our car in Germany, finalize the shipping of our stuff from Germany, move our family to Colorado and finish our preparations for our GEM-K summer conference.

We would appreciate your prayers for endurance for us as we navigate so many logistics. So many seemingly impossible hurdles have already been overcome this week, but we have a number of complicated obstacles that we're depending on God to lead us through in this upcoming month.

We will send another email update about GEM-K conference, but just wanted to share the exciting news of how God provided an incredible house for us in what seemed like impossible conditions.
